is there an NTP server running on those two systems, is that ntp server allowing you access to query the time? Is routing setup so you can reach them?

The first is actualy a name with matching ip:

# dig chronos.csr.net
;; ANSWER SECTION:
chronos.csr.net.        10751   IN      A       194.35.252.7

The 2nd is a rotation scheme, and might not be valid anymore.
# dig ntp.my-inbox.co.uk

;; ANSWER SECTION:
ntp.my-inbox.co.uk.     14384   IN      CNAME   uk.pool.ntp.org.
uk.pool.ntp.org.        134     IN      A       178.18.118.14
uk.pool.ntp.org.        134     IN      A       151.236.19.231
uk.pool.ntp.org.        134     IN      A       178.79.145.244
uk.pool.ntp.org.        134     IN      A       87.117.251.2

# ntpdate -q ntp.my-inbox.co.uk
server 212.126.60.133, stratum 2, offset -0.000256, delay 0.03625
server 80.0.150.47, stratum 1, offset 0.003214, delay 0.05713
server 178.18.123.148, stratum 2, offset -0.000068, delay 0.03629
server 87.117.251.2, stratum 3, offset 0.003939, delay 0.04333
22 Sep 21:01:20 ntpdate[9989]: adjust time server 80.0.150.47 offset 0.003214 sec
# ntpdate -q 194.35.252.7
server 194.35.252.7, stratum 0, offset 0.000000, delay 0.00000
22 Sep 21:01:41 ntpdate[10050]: no server suitable for synchronization found

The first one isn't likely to give you a date/time, the rotation only translates a name
and not on IP address
# ntpdate -q  81.168.77.149
server 81.168.77.149, stratum 3, offset 0.001047, delay 0.07198
22 Sep 21:05:45 ntpdate[11247]: adjust time server 81.168.77.149 offset 0.001047 sec
# sntp 81.168.77.149
22 Sep 21:15:08 sntp[13156]: Started sntp
2014-09-22 21:15:08.333173 (-0100) -0.0013 +/- 0.048355 secs

the 2nd IP should be able to provide a date. as others on the up.pool rotation.
Try to add a few more from the rotation.
do you also allow the UDP 123 port through a firewall? and the reply to the queries (return UDP's with source port 123)

I just happened to come across timesync sntp command which in running config now shows timesync sntp..

Deleted and added 2x new IPs...

Is there a command to force a sync?
