There are a few transport agents installed on Exchange 2010
One of them is FSE Routing Agent
What is FSE stands for and what is it responsible for?
I know it has to do something with Forefront security but maybe somebody can get a bit more details on FSE Routing Agent
Thank you

You are correct.  FSE is the "Forefront Security for Exchange" routing agent.
