How could I transmit a variable that has a constant value from one php form to another?

Hi Experts!

How could I transmit a variable that has a constant value from one php form to another?

This variable is not edited  on the first page so using it:

$Value1 = $_POST['Value1'];

doesn´t works.

Thanks in advance!
