We have QB Enterprise 12.0 and have 15.0 ready for download.  Are there any migration issues going from 12.0 to 15.0 that anyone is aware of?  or can I proceed?

It should work just fine. The versions are close enough not to present any problems.

Consider the following to ensure problem mitigation.

Before starting, copy the company file to a local computer with QB V12. Open QB, open the local company file and do a Rebuild. (File, Utilities). This will check for an correct any errors.

Now uninstall QB V12, restart and install QB V15. Open the ledger and convert it. It should work fine. You left a copy of the old ledger on the server, so you can go back if you need to.
