Should the Microsoft Baseline Security Analyzer be installed on a Domain Controller?

In a Server 2008r2 domain, should the Microsoft Baseline Security Analyzer be installed on a Domain Controller, or can it be installed on a member server by a domain administrator?

Thanks.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

It does not keep you secure, it's just for scanning. So it does not matter.

MBSA is installed be default on server 2008 r2.

You can run MBSA from server manager. MBSA does have the ability to scan remote servers either by using GUI or cmd.
