Economy: Do you use coupons?

Concerning politics, some say it  is about voting, others say polling, others say: "It's the economy, stupid". Some say their poll is that people care enough about deficit spending to cast vote about it, base campaign on that and lose come voting day. So MQ:

Do you use coupons?

   - or, optionally -

Do you seek out rebates? - and actually use them?

Yeah, or spending more on fuel and postage.
But maybe wait for sale on high ticket item not critically needed - yet?

Apparently economy is not really so bad, so other 'issues' can seem more important - at least until actually in the voting booth.

Closing,
