Syncing Outlook 7 Calendars with iCloud Calendar

Hello -- just synched outlook 7 calendars with iCloud and can see the will on my iPhone 4s, but can no longer see calenders in default Outlook 7 calendars. When I tried to get back into outlook I also got a message asking for a password to sign into  server. The password that gets me into iCloud doesn't work.

Right now am most interested in getting my default calender back.

Thanks

Update - I did discover that I could restore the pst to a previous date, but the most recent option is a week ago and I assume that I would lose all of the appointments entered this past week, which was about 30.

I guess I can reenter them -- but would all of those people get cancellation notices?  Is there a way to just do a reverse sync -- from the cloud to the desktop.

I can also just use iCloud as my main calendar, but it won't let me create new meetings from my desktop -- which probably has something to do with the password request message I am getting.

Will that work for calendar entries as well? If I import from the back up will there be an option to skip duplicates or is that a manual process?

Oops -- I had spoken to soon. I had already created copies of the some of the items I thought I had lost and that's was on the file. I thought it was a little too easy. So now when I try the import, I really see nothing happening.
