hallo everyone... I hope all of you always have a good health...

these is series of my Question about Windows Server 2008 R2, and I hope my question is not just help me to more understand about Windows Server 2008 R2, but also help somebody like me, that why please not give me a bunch of link to another website so I or another seeker can find the answer without wasting time open another website...

my question is
1. what is Features ?
2. what Features function, include benefits and bad side of Features ?
3. how to use Features ?

much easier if you read the vendor documentation rather than me repeating what is already written
