You can use the Windows Backup application to backup Exchange.<br />
Or use a third party tool that is Exchange aware to do the same. Backup Assist is my usual tool of choice here - you only need the base product, no other options. <br />

An Exchange aware backup will flush the logs correctly, as long as you set it to FULL and not COPY.<br />
