inability to listen to attached voicemail messages in Outlook 2010
Hi,
I have a user who cannot open an attached voicemail (.wav file) message in Outlook 2010. This just happened all of a sudden. She can, however, open them if she goes into Outlook in safe mode or in OWA.
She does not have an Outlook temp directory to delete items out of, which seems to be a favourite fix.
Not sure what to try next ~ delete the outcmd.dat file?
Thanks.
