I have a user who cannot open an attached voicemail (.wav file) message in Outlook 2010. &nbsp;This just happened all of a sudden. &nbsp;She can, however, open them if she goes into Outlook in safe mode or in OWA.<br />
She does not have an Outlook temp directory to delete items out of, which seems to be a favourite fix.<br />
Not sure what to try next ~ delete the outcmd.dat file?<br />
