Hi,
just earlier this morning, one of our users reported that their outlook 2013 is not displaying sent items after 10:02am.  It was working fine until that time.  No updates or patches were installed so wondering what caused it but more importantly, how to reset or fix it so it shows up again.  Thanks.

Just noticed all the sent items since that 10:02 timestamp are listed in the outbox folder however the emails are actually getting sent out fairly quickly but just seem to be redirecting to outbox but not stuck there as in other outlook instances.

If they are listed in Outbox they have not been sent.
Check if the cache is corrupt (close outlook and rename the cache file).

Starting outlook will generate a new cache - send a test email.

What is the name of the cache file i have to rename?  What's strange is that even though they are showing in the outbox folder, the emails get sent out to all the recipients i tested to.
