Restore mailbox items from backup failed (Exchange 2010, backup exec 2010)

Dear All,
I am using Backup Exec 2010 on Windows Server 2003 R2 64 bit SP2
Running Exchange 2010 on Windows Server 2008 R2 64 bit.

I am using Backup exec logon account name Veritas Backup Exec.
The Daily backup jo for exchange succeed with no problems, in bakup i am using "GRT" option so i can retore indvidual items.

When I needed to retore some messages to a mailbox, the job failed with the attached job log.
I googled it alot and made sure that the account i am using has the proper Role as mentioned in symntec , check attched screenshot "Symnatec Role"

I dont know where is the problem , I followed all the tips and still the job fails.

Any help??

Is your BE 2010 Updated?
Please run live update to check.

Can you post here the logs from CAS server, so we can help you analyze it.

Meanwhile you can start to do some troubleshooting.
