Is it possible to configure Apache to proxy all but a folder?

We have a website that works great, however there is a folder we would like to host ourselves. I can redirect the entire site using DNS to another server, but I want them to be able to access the rest of the site, and only serve the one folder?

For example, if I want to configure Apache to proxy request to http://www.google.co.uk, but not  http://www.google.co.uk/Mine is this possible, and if so how?

Any ideas?
