I need to rename the netbios domain name. We have 3 domain controllers with
Server 2008 R2 and a exchange server 2010.

There is only one domain and the DFL and FFL are Windows Server 2008 R2.

Does someone have some experience doing that? What kind of problem are expected?

cheers

Unfortunately, domain rename isn't supported with Exchange 2010:

The domain rename operation is not supported in Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 or Exchange Server 2010. DNS domain rename is supported in Exchange Server 2003. However, renaming of the NetBIOS domain name is not supported in any version of Exchange Server.
