Upgared sql server 2012 or 2014?

we are plaining to upgarate microsoft sql server 2008 to sql server 2014
we have sharepoint 2010 and MS excel 2010.

I just wondering any one give me any issue if we upgrate to sql server 2014 or 2012.


need main purpose is creating ware house and complete BI solution

Nothing specific that I'm aware of, but since IT departments rarely get an opportunity to upgrade I'd go with SQL 2014, unless a case can be made that it's not able to handle whatever you need it for.

Just wondering its possible to any clash or how easy to use sql server 2012 or 2014.

specialy we have to use Power piviot for excel 2010

It's called a data warehouse, not a dataware house.  
Whatever English translation app you are using is failing on this one.

You'll need to provide specific questions, as generalized terms like 'Complete BI solution' and 'how easy to use sql server 2012 or 2014' are too broad of a question, and many experts will not provide a detailed solution unless they are certain that it completely answers the question.

Office 2013 has a larger product offering of the Power BI suite then just the 2010 Power Pivot / Power Query.
