We are using sharepoint 2013 at my office and I would like to learn how to setup a ciustom ccs interface to add a graphic type interface with various frames, etc. What is the best way to learn this, books, etc..  Also I currently have reports running via info view that drop into a directory. Is it possible to link my files in sharepoint so they update automatically when a new file drops weekly or monthly?

It's not a free resource but I suggest you check out Pluralsight Training. They have some very interesting courses on how to do custom SharePoint applications in technologies such as CSS and Javascript amongst others;
