Remote access solution

I'm looking for remote access solutions that doesn't take too much interaction from the user. Our customers are not very computer savvy so we want to make sure the solution is easy enough to install. Teamviewer looks OK but it's a little on the expensive side. We don't need a fancy solution. The main thing is too gain access so we can install our client on it.

Any help would be appreciate.

Thank you all for your responses. As I mentioned in my original post, Teamviewer is too expensive for us. With 'remote assistance' I'm worried that it requires a little too much interaction from the remote party...
