Move Sage 100 ERP 2013 (MAS90) to a new server

I am trying to move our MAS90 installation from a server 2012 server to a new 2012 server. When I copy the MAS90 folder over to the new server and try to install Sage on top of this folder, I receive an error that I need to use a migration tool. However, I can't find any information on this tool. What is the proper way of moving Sage 100 ERP to a new server?

A couple of question. Is MAS90 the same version, from the same CD, in both locations? Have update patches been applied to the source location, but not the destination location?

The suggested process is: you install MAS90 first, install and setup the accounting modules, install patches if used previously, create a new company using the same company code as before, then copy the data files in folders MAS_###.

I found the Parallel Migration utility in the MAS90 installation directory. Once I ran this program it asked me for the admin credentials on both the new install and the old install and moved all the files for me.
