User not showing up in the all employees dynamic distribution list

Here is the query from the distribution list porperties > filter > preview (i removed the company name and replaced with dashes).

I have checked against other users in the same OU in AD and they are all there, except for this one employee.

I was mostly hoping for an area to check or something to look for, Thanks.
