Is it Possible to use RBAC to a specific database

I have an exchange 2010 environment with multiple databases and I'm granting EMC access to specific IT users at other locations so they can manage mailboxes, users etc. Currently when a remote IT user logs into a VDI sessions and launches the EMC they are able to see all databases and I would like for them to only see the database that pertains to that company.   Is this possible?

Thanks,

Jonathan

There is no predefined role but you can create a custom management role with scope restricted to a particular database. The steps outlined in below link give you the commands as well as detailed explanation.
