SBS08 Sharpoint calendar sync to users exchange personal email
I have a customer who is looking to allow their users to sync the company web calendar to their personal Calendars.
The problem I am coming up with at this point is that there is no easy automatic way for this to occur.
Yes I can tell each user to log into the SharePoint calendar when they are on site and copy the SharePoint calendar from the Outlook view to their personal calendar. But that would require every user to do this at least once a week to get updates. This wouldn't be a bad solution for me, but for the end users this would end up being a nightmare as they share 1-3 computers between each shift.
Is there any way I can sync the SharePoint calendar to each users personal calendar?
Either with built in tools or third party applications?

The goal of this is that we have a schedule up on sharepoint right now. so we want the users to have that sharepoint on their personal calendar. and since there is only one computer that 5-10 people can use during a shift, we want them to be able to sync this to their mobile devices though their personal exchange calendar.
Not easy, especially without a computer to run the sync tool for a given account. A 3rd party tool called www.propersync.com claims to do this, but is an Outlook add-in, which is likely 1 per user, and therefore won't likely work in your scenario.
Perhaps the best way would be to let the mobile users check the SharePoint calendar directly with a URL - you can access your SharePoint content via mobile by adding a /m to the URL - for example: https://remote.company.com:987/m

You could tell the folks publishing to the company calendar to invite everyone else to the same meetings via an outlook meeting invite, but that would likely get overwhelming after a while.
