Upgrade WIN8 Photoshop Elements 12 to OSX Elements 13

After traversing several Adobe-linked web sites, I am still not sure I can do this:

I have Adobe Photoshop Elements 12 installed on MAC OSX/ Parallels/Windows 8.1.

I want to purchase Photoshop Elements 13 and install on MAC OSX Mavericks outside the Parallels VW.

I no longer want to use Elements 12 installed on MAC OSX/ Parallels/Windows 8.1.

Can I do this and maintain a valid license for Elements 13?

No more than five total (lifetime) cross-platform or cross-language upgrades or swaps are allowed per customer, regardless of the product.

Products purchased second-hand or from an auction site such as eBay are not eligible for swaps.
