what are you trying to do?  what model server?

the title is about resetting the idrac password though the screenshot shows an attempt to install openmanage server administrator in ESX which doesn't work; it isn't linux.  you need the software bundle (VIB) for ESX which is different - then you can manage remotely through a browser

resetting the password requires the drac tools (using racadm)
since you are running ESX, you are better off booting to an OMSA live cd and doing it that way
