Can some one help? My Domain Controller and DNS server is on a different server 2012 R2.

Also are there any events related to the transport service being logged in Event Viewer?

On the exchange server - In the TCP/IP settings, make sure that only the Domain controller is listed as the DNS server.  If you have more than one adapter, do the same or leave them blank.
Then restart the active directory topology service, then try to start the transport service and other exchange services set to start automatically.  (Can alternatively restart the server).
Does it start? If not what warnings or error messages are listed in the application log in event viewer especially related to Active Directory Topology service and transport service - Only events after the restart please.

Hi Guys
Thanks for the reply.
I think I have fixed the issue last night. I just removed the receive connector and created again as fresh and  i could start the service.
Thanks once again
