On the exchange server - In the TCP/IP settings, make sure that only the Domain controller is listed as the DNS server. &nbsp;If you have more than one adapter, do the same or leave them blank.<br />
Then restart the active directory topology service, then try to start the transport service and other exchange services set to start automatically. &nbsp;(Can alternatively restart the server).<br />
Does it start? If not what warnings or error messages are listed in the application log in event viewer especially related to Active Directory Topology service and transport service - Only events after the restart please.

I have installed new Exchange server 2013 Sp1 on server 2012 R2 Server . Unfortunately exchange server transport service not starting on my server. I tried to start manually and rebooted server but no luck. <br />

I have installed new Exchange server 2013 Sp1 on server 2012 R2 Server . Unfortunately exchange server transport service not starting on my server. I tried to start manually and rebooted server but no luck.
