Experts,

Column A on my report is displaying as "001" but appears to be "1".  I want to use this column for a vlookup so I want to change all the values so that they are three characters zero filled.

How can I do this?

Are they integers? If so, use TEXT(A1,"000").

If they are not numeric, then you can use RIGHT("000" & A1,3).
