Good question. &nbsp;Unfortunately, the GP Note fields do not appear to support bold, italic, underline, or rich text formatting.<br />

Formatting text directly in the note doesn't seem to work, and copying and pasting from another source, like MS Word, doesn't retain the formatting.<br />

In case it is relevant, GP 2013 R2 adds the &quot;Document Attach&quot; functionality, which lets you attach files to records. &nbsp;So you can attach a Word doc, PDF, JPG, XLS, etc. to customers, vendors, invoices, etc.<br />
<br />
It looks like Document Attach is not yet available for some windows, such as Journal Entries.<br />
