I have old application in ASP, it's was working fine.
The host company upgrade the IIS to another version higher than 5.0. Now is giving error and not working what is the best script to write.

I am using
<%@ LANGUAGE = "VBScript" %>
<%

  Dim MyConnection
  Dim MyConnectionString
  Dim MySQLStatement

  MyConnectionString = "Provider=Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.4.0;" & _
    "Data Source=C:\inetpub\wwwroot\human\db\pre.mdb"

  MySQLStatement = "select * from header"

  Set MyConnection = Server.CreateObject("ADODB.Connection")

  MyConnection.Open MyConnectionString
  MyConnection.Execute(MySQLStatement)

link=rs("link")
active=rs("active")
visited=rs("visited")
  MyConnection.Close()

  Response.Write("Record inserted successfully" & " " & link & "  " & active & "  " & visited)

  Set MyConnection = Nothing
%>

The above is just for test the connection but not work  and provide the below error

The error means the site doesn't have permission to open the database.  You will need to make sure the web user has access to the db.
