Forgot Excel password.  Is there a way using VBA or something else to open the file?

Do you mean a password on a sheet or on the actual Excel file you are opening?

There are free tools that you can download that will brute force crack these.  I don't remember the name of the one I used in the past, but I'll look tonight when I get some time.
