search for email by keywords in exchange server 2003

We are needing to search for email by keywords in exchange server 2003.  We have tried using the message tracking center with no luck.  We are also open to different ways of using the message tracking center as we may be using it incorrectly.

please help asap as this is time critical for a law suit

You could refer to the tracking.log folder files and use something like grep.exe to find for keywords.  Keep in mind that keywords you could search for can be send email address, recipient email address and subject.

For Exchange 2003, you need to check out ExMerge. Its a native Exchange 2003 tool on the system. It scans each mailbox and can dump the email to a PST. Painfully slow because you'll need to go through all your mailboxes.
