Greetings,

Recently I've seen a website, www.beestar.eu that, at first glance, is a single page website with a static menu and some animations for scrolling. I want learn how make a page like that, but none of the tutorials I've seen so far had something exactly like that, specially the fixed top bar and scrolling animation when selecting a different section.
Can you recommend me some tutorial, or provide an explanation yourself, that helps me with this ?

This "effect" is called Parallax. With this name you can search all over and get tutorials and templates.

Have a look here for instance: http://thedesignpixel.com/best-jquery-parallax-scrolling-tutorials.html
