Hi!

I want a plugin in wordpress that can registrate custom fields
like -> Date, name, memberID...

But registration can only be done in admin...

Then i want to make a report system, that can display the fields in database

Like:

Date (must be a url link)     Name       MemberID
--
--
--

The report must be sorted, so it display data for every month like:

January 2014
11.01.2014          Pelle                  12335
17.01.2014          Ole                     44566
22.01.2014          Gry                     56677

-----

February 2014
07.02.2014         Mary                   45563
08.02.2014         Per                      33344

use advanced custom fields

http://www.advancedcustomfields.com/

create a structure to gather the data you want then attach the custom fields to the profile page.

there is a conditional option for the field set that lets you attach it, no need for custom code or modifying WP
