iCS Calendar File

Hi,

I am sending .ics Calendar files in emails to registrants for a meeting so they can use it to place the meeting in their calendars.    It works fine if they are in the same timezone as the meeting.  But if they are in a different timezone, the time is off by an hour, two hours, etc. depending on their timezone.

Below is my code.  How can I add something to take into account the actual timezone of the meeting so it will be adjusted on their end?  Not sure what to do.  Thank you!  Roger

You probably need to specify the time zone in order to fix that.

I don't have any experience with ICS files, but this post gives some examples of how to insert the time zone information into an ICS file:
