I'm not sure how to move this text up.

Hi,  On diabeticmealprograms.com/responsive/

I would like the words Diabetic Meal Programs
Easy frozen Meals for Diabetics

to be a little higher on the page, but I can't figure out how to do that. Here's a really rough idea of the placement I want, without the picture getting any bigger or smaller. Thanks for your help. I'll play with the opacity of the top header if the words aren't readable in the new position.

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

On the headerwrap change the padding-top to 160px
On the header add padding-bottom: 40px;

However you want to change it the difference must be the same i.e. whatever bottom padding you add you must remove it from the top padding

Change the padding-top to 140px, you're cutting off the image. (actually 160px might be better as it is still cut off at 140)

I changed it to 160, but the image is still cut off, and the text isn't place where I want it.
