Outlook Inbox problem

Each time I send a message using outlook, a duplicate message appears
in the Inbox, even though I did not send a duplicate to myself.  It’s not
a serious problem, just irritating.  How can I prevent this?

Make sure in Outlook, Options, Mail, Save messages section that "When replying to a message...." is unchecked and "Save copies in ... sent folder" is checked. If using message tracking, review those options.

If this is not the cause, go to Control Panel, Office, select Change and then Repair. Repair Office, restart, run Windows and/or Office update and update Office.

Then test and please let us know.

Sorry - I am referring to the Outlook also known as Hotmail, not
the one in Office.
