I know there is a simple way to access arrow symbols in CorelDraw. How do I access them?

You can use the Symbol font to insert arrow.
Press Ctrl-F11 or select Tools->Symbols and Special Characters.
Select the Symbol font and find the arrow you like.
Alternately you can draw a line and use the Outline Tool Flyout. From there select Outline Pen. (or just press F12).
There is an option there to put arrow heads on your line.
