How can I map the following home folders via group policy ?

\\servername\services$\username\my documents
 \\servername\operational$\username\my documents
 \\servername\sales$\username\my documents

Whichever user logons onto a PC or notebook I want them to pick up their relevant home folder mappings. In ADUC we have OU's for services, operational, sales etc.
