Resolve Cisco 2960-x port is error disabled

Greetings Experts.  I recently installed several of these 2960-x switches and this one switch has showed an error on port 16.  The computer that was plugged into this switch couldn't access the network so it was moved to another port on a different switch and the computer could then access the network.  I used express setup on these switches and didn't enable any error disabled settings.

Here is what errdisable recovery command on port 16:

JCAO_FLR2_45#show errdisable recovery

How do I resolve the error for that port?

Thanks in advance for your help experts!
