1)  Is there a way to add "White words" to the antispam filter on a sonic wall.    i.e somewhere i can add specific words (not domains or IPs)  that will be allowed through.     I have used this on other spam filters and i very useful.

2) Is there an Outlook add in that I can use with sonic wall.

1) not that I can find thought for sonicwall

even from the email security guide, the closest using "The Rules and Collaborative" are still threshold based or spam type (particular types of spam, including sexual content, offensive language, get rich quick, gambling, and advertisements.). There is also language in which a message is written as a criteria for receiving the message.

But none on keyword whitelisting

2) for its outlook add (Junk Store) in there is no such whitelisting and it is really either turn on or off, state the period of deletion after staying in the junk box for a period, or delegate junk box mgmt etc.

The Email Threat Categories section enables the administrator to configure the settings for users’ messages. Choose settings for messages that contain spam, phishing, and virus issues. The default settings are:
•Likely Spam – Store in Junk Box
•Definite Spam – Permanently Delete
•Likely Phishing – Tag with [LIKELY PHISHING]
•Definite Phishing – Store in Junk Box
•Likely Virus – Store in Junk Box
•Definite Virus – Permanently Delete

There is some discussion as well here for viable Anti-Spam gateway for Exchange 2010
