How do I add Links to specific folders to the task bar?

I would like to add several links (shortcuts) to specific folders to my task bar in Windows 7.  I know how to pin folders to Explorer, but I would like to add direct links to the task bar that would go straight to folders that I access regularly.  How would I do that?
