Currently my coworkers can see my
calendar avaiability and schedule meetings
via my internally hosted Exchange server.

What is the best way to setup so VENDORS
can also see my LIVE calendar instead of me
having to email them a screenshot of my MONTH,
then they reply back with a date/time ?

Maybe something like "webdav" link below ?

I haven't used the WebDAV method. But one possibility is to set up Federation with each vendor and configure a Sharing Policy in Exchange to share Free/Busy information.
