Event Viewer cannot connect to (remote Window 7 computer).  The RPC server is unavailable

Hello, I am trying to view the event viewer of another windows 7 pc by connecting thru computer management and I get the RPC server is unavailable.  I tried the suggestion below but still get the same error.  Thanks for your help.
