Ricoh C400 Scan to Email Office 365
Hi ive got two Rioch scanners on my network and one works with Office 365 all ok but the other does not send emails.
I have allowed the IP address via the Office 365 portal and set the scanners up the same as far as I can see as they are slightly different but I just cant get it working.
Are there any additional settings on the C400sr that may be causing it to fail?
Or is there a way to get to any log files to see what its not connecting?
