Converting an Adobe Flash file from Actionscript 2.0 to Actionscript 3.0 in Adobe Flash CC

My version 2.0 .swf flash file runs perfectly... http://glgoldapa.com/site_flash/flash/header_v8.swf

However, I need to make some revisions to it. Upon opening the version 2.0 .fla file in Adobe Flash CC, it requires that it be converted to Actionscript 3.0. Now when I run the file, it loops uncontrollably.

Can anyone help me covert this file to Actionscript 3.0 successfully? http://glgoldapa.com/site_flash/flash/header_v8.fla

You probably already checked this, but In the publish settings is the loop box checked?  I just starting using Flash CC after not using flash for about 10 years and I had a similar looping issue and that fixed it for me.

Yeah, that's not it. I am getting errors and can't publish the file. If you use the links above, you can open the .fla file. Adobe Flash CC will require that you convert the Actionscript 2.0 file to an Actionscript 3.0 file. Once you do that, test movie and you'll see the problem. If you view the .swf link above, you'll see what it should do.

Thanks.

Unfortunately I am not near my PC with Flash on it so I cannot check it out myself until later
