Sharepoint email issue

Have a user trying to email out of Sharepoint and has experienced the attached error several times.

My knowledge of SP is limited.

This is coming from a custom developed page; E:\APPHPCI\APPCAN\can_TCAN_BILLING_InvoiceForm.aspx

The code needs to be reviewed by the developer and fixed most likely. This doesn't look like a SharePoint issue per se.
