I receive the following errors when I run a SSIS package. Any assistance or information would be greatly appreciated.

Warning: The external columns for LegalEntity are out of synchronization with the data source columns.

The column “BusinessRegistry” needs to be added to the external columns.
The column “BusinessRegistryNumber” needs to be added to the external columns.
The column “ExpiryDate” needs to be added to the external columns.
The column “ExpiryReason” needs to be added to the external columns.
The column “MaintenanceState” needs to be added to the external columns.
The column “NextMaintenanceDate” needs to be added to the external columns.
The column “TransferTo” needs to be added to the external columns.

The LegalEntity Inputs[OLE DB Destination Input] ExternalColumns[NextCertificationdate] needs to be removed from the external columns.
The LegalEntity Inputs[OLE DB Destination Input] External Columns[CertificationState] needs to be removed from the external columns.
Error “LegalEntity” failed validation and returned validation status “VS_NEEDSNEWMETADATA”

In your data flow...
   Refresh the source task
   Delete the precedence constraints (aka green arrows) between source and destination
   Then re-connect them.
SSIS is notorious for a data flow needing to be re-mapped.
