Stand alone PHP site

Is it possible to have a php website that runs on a Flash Drive?  Is there a way to package that with something like xampp?  If so is there an example someplace?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Download it from here.

http://portableapps.com/apps/development/xampp

It still requires that Apache be started up before you can browse the server, so if you were expecting to just give someone this and say load it in your browser then it won't work.

This search https://www.google.com/search?q=portable+wamp will bring too many examples to list here for both WAMP and XAMPP.
