Excel Bell Curve Excel 2010

Hello Experts;

Need Excel help creating a Bell Curve.  The attached Excel workbook contains 2 columns, Student Number and time spent on a task in hours.  I need to present this in Excel with a Bell Curve.  I have look at other examples, but I went to the Jethro Bodine school of arithmetic and ciphering.  See attached workbook.
