Hi,

In Office 365, we want to create a new user account and replace an old one. Is there a way to forward the email from the old account to the new one, without keeping the old account in place?(license issue).

Thank you

1. add the old address as alias (you lose the posibility to see that it came from the "old" mail address)
or
2. make a distribution group with the old mail address and add the new user to this distribution group. (prefered)
