Software to keep record of all servers

Hi guys, im looking for some software that will allow us to keep a record of all our servers with notes type of server and such so that we can use to audit our estate. Any suggestions would be most appreciated.

I used Snow Distribution, lansweeper, belarc and spiceworks, my recommendation would be spiceworks.
