Hi,

Our outlook signatures have pictures and format changes when replying back to someone. Only time it's working is during compose new email.

How can this format change stay static?

Thanks,

go to file, then options then on the options click on "Mail" then click on "Signatures"  then there you would see your signature. then under the options of "Choose Default Signature"  drop down option "forwards"Replies" select the signature template name and then click Ok an dthen ok again. then close the outlook and re open and when you forward or reply your signature will be the same as when you compose new message.

Check the setting of email body. If it is rich text then change it to html.
